YOU NEED TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS?
You have thirty* days after receiving your order to return your purchases. Items returned without a label, damaged, damaged or worn, can not be refunded or exchanged. *During the SALE, you have 14 days to return your products.
Below are the steps to guide you
RETURN ON-SITE
On the returns interface, enter your order number and follow the procedure:
- Select the items you wish to return
- Indicate the reason for your return.
You will then have the choice between a credit note via gift card or a refund.
HOW TO RETURN THE PARCEL ?
1. Due to a malfunction on the UK interface, the return label will not be sent to you automatically by email at the time of your request, but within 2 working days by one of our team members.
2. After printing, follow the return instructions on the label.
CONDITIONS OF RETRACTION AND RETURN OF ARTICLE(S)
Return of article(s) : You have a maximum period of 30* days from receipt of your parcel to return the product(s).
All products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition for resale, accompanied by the printed order confirmation email. *During the SALE, you have 14 days to return your products.

Refund of article(s) : You will be refunded no later than fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt of the product (s) at our warehouse. The refund is subject to a prior review of the condition of the product(s).
